COMPLAINTS PERTAINING TO POLICE EMPLOYEES It is the department's policy to investigate and resolve all citizen complaints and allegations of misconduct against department employees. Complaints may be made in writing at the police department or may be sent in writing to 501 N Maple #410, Blackfoot, Idaho, 83221. A person may also call 785-1235 to have a complaint form mailed to them. A response will be made to the complainant upon completion of the investigation.
