	LEADERSHIP The Blackfoot Police Department is administered by a team lead by Chief Kurt P. Asmus. He is assisted by Captain Scott Gay, Detective Lieutenant Paul Newbold and Patrol Lieutenant Gordon Croft. The Mayor serves as Police Commissioner and is the Department liaison with the City Council.
